What does Neige Aventure offer that makes it better than other ski schools?

Neige Aventure is a private ski and snowboard school that is recognised by many Swiss and other international professional snowsports associations.

It was founded in 1989 and since that time, has helped hundreds of thousands of clients discover their passion for snowsports.

Neige Aventure offers the “Your Life Your Planet” programme to kids during their ski lessons. It aims to teach them respect for the environment and safety on the slopes.

Neige Aventure has over 50 instructors and 10 snowsports equipment specialists from Switzerland and around the globe who are fluent in various languages and who are ready and eager to help you improve and succeed.

 

What are the opening times for the Sport Shop and main office?

From December to the end of April:

Open 7/7, from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:30.

Saturdays - Open non-stop from 08:30 to 18:30.

From May to the end of June:

Open from Wednesday to Friday, from 14:00 to 18:30. Saturday, open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30.

From July to the end of August:

Open 7/7, from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:30.

From September to the end of November:

Open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30.

 

How long does the winter season last in Nendaz ?

The ski season in Nendaz starts at the beginning of December (05.12.15) and finishes 2 weeks after Easter for the Printse area (10.04.15) and closes two weeks later for the Mont-Fort area (starting from Siviez) - (24.04.15).

 

What happens if there is not enough snow in Nendaz ?

There is always enough snow thanks to our great network of snow canons!

 

Can we buy the Ski Pass in your shop?

No not yet.

But you can buy it either online on the Télé-Nendaz website and receive a 5% discount if booked 10 days prior to your arrival, or by visiting their offices directly in Nendaz.

 

Can I leave my skis and boots in a locker near to the lift station?

Yes!

Neige Aventure offers lockers that are available to rent and book online or at our main office in Nendaz. Please note from this winter 2015/16 we also offer lockers at Siviez (this is a free service if your child is booked in for group lessons).

 

Which Ski Pass do I need, Printse or 4 Vallées?

The majority of our lessons take place in the Printse area, so the Printse pass should be sufficient.

However, it is possible that our group lessons will take place in the 4 Vallées (Mont-Fort) areas at the end of the week.

In this case, you can just extend your pass for this area just for that day.

The price for extending the pass for the day for the 4 Vallées (Mont-Fort) area is around CHF 20.- for adults and CHF 13.- for children.

No not yet.

But you can buy it either online on the Télé-Nendaz website or by visiting their offices directly in Nendaz.

 

Can I leave my skis and boots in a locker near to the lift station?

Yes!

Neige Aventure Siviez Boutique offers ski storage in the shop.
This is free for people taking Siviez lessons!

Secure payment

We accept the following online payment methods : Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa.

Payment

After verifying the order you will be lead to a page where you can enter your credit card details. We suggest that you have your card details (card company, name of the card owner, card number, date of validity and the safety code) on hand. As soon as you have fully entered this data, your order will continue being processed. 

100% Safe Payments

Your safety is our highest priority, and that is why we use great caution and the highest safety standards while dealing with your personal data. For safe transferring of customer data during the ordering process and especially credit card details, we use a secure transfer method – the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) connection so you can securely and conveniently make payments.

They are made via Saferpay (through the Six Multipay AG company), a comprehensive internet payment platform. Six processes your personal data on our behalf in connection with your payment requests to us. Six uses your data for processing your payment order and will not make it accessible to any third parties other than the financial institutions responsible for the respective form of payment. The words «Six» or «Saferpay» may appear on your credit card statement or on your account statement in relation to the order you have made. With this method we can carry out your order without electronically transferring your credit card information.

An order is accepted by Neige Aventure/onthemountain.ch once there has been payment confirmation by Saferpay (through Six Multipay AG). In the absence of payment confirmation, the order will be cancelled and all data and information will be lost when the purchaser leaves the web page on the Neige Aventure SA/onthemountain.ch website.

The information of the purchaser transmitted to the processing center is subject to the protection and encoding under the responsibility of Saferpay (through Six Multipay AG). The transaction will be successful once the corresponding confirmation page of Saferpay (through Six Multipay AG) will be shown.

Safety Control

In some cases, we might implement a credit card check for safety. You will be informed by e-mail about this. In these cases we simply require a copy of the front and back side of your credit card (so that the number and card owners’ name are legible) as well as a copy of a current ID (Official ID, Passport or drivers license). You can send us the copies by mail or fax.
This process only needs to be carried out in rare cases, and is implemented for your safety, to make sure that no one else tries to shop with your credit card!

Mastercard Secure Code / Verified by VISA

This is a safety code activation by your credit card provider.
Here you can find all information about activating the code during payment, or how you can skip this step.

Payment by bank transfer or Reka cheques 

We offer you the possibility to pay by bank transfer or with Reka traveller’s cheques. For these payment methods, we will send you an invoice with our bank details by email and you can then definitively confirm the booking, or we will send the product once we have received payment.
