More Info
Group lessons* are a great way for kids to learn, laugh, play and progress with other Kids Club skiers.
The Week Course starting Monday Kids Club package offers the best value in the 4 Vallées, with 5 mornings and a full day excursion, on Friday, to finish off the week in style.

What makes the Neige Aventure Kids Club Nendaz so special?
At Neige Aventure we are dedicated to passing on our passion for the mountains to children and nurturing the next generation of skiers.

Our courses accommodate 5 to 8 children maximum per class.

Children will take part in the Ski Rider Licence programme, where our dedicated instructors will ensure that each child progresses as much as possible. They will learn new tricks and more importantly have fun with us here in the 4 Vallées! They will also give them a record of their achievement for the week and a medal at our Prize Giving Ceremony on Friday afternoon.

Friday is the excursion day!
Accompanied by their instructor, your child will discover the "4 Vallées" pistes during the day while still learning to ski (depending on their level they will go to Siviez, Veysonnaz, Thyon or Verbier).

If your child has a Ski Pass only for the "Printse" area you can buy an upgrade to include the Verbier region just for the day at CHF.10.-.

Our ethos of "Your Life, Your Planet" will teach them respect for nature and safety on the pistes – they will get chance to learn this in a fun environment on the slopes whatever ski group they are in.

Black and Energy Level classes will have the opportunity to learn about avalanche safety at our NA Avalanche Safety Training Centre in Siviez.

*Our courses accommodate a maximum of 8 children per class.

Please note: If there are less than 3 people enrolled onto a ski group lesson, the course time will be halved. In low season periods (with low attendance), two levels or age groups may be combined within the same course.

Tips:
Book your lessons and ski equipment rental as a package for further savings.

Kids Club Nendaz – Tips & Tricks
  1. In order to make your holidays in Nendaz more enjoyable, we begin our lessons right from the bottom of the Tracouet cable car and take your children from there. You can drop your children off with us from 08:45 and either go back to have breakfast or enjoy the rest of your morning up on the mountain skiing.

  2. For the Friday Prize Giving Ceremony, please arrive at 15:50 in order to have a complimentary drink outside the Cantina before the children arrive.

  3. Ski Lift Passes: for all Kids Club Nendaz courses, we recommend that you buy the ‘Printse’ pass only for your children. This is a customised lift pass for the ‘small’ region. 220 km of pistes for your family getaways. It gives you access to the following ski stations in the 4 Vallées: Nendaz, Siviez (without Mont-Fort), Veysonnaz, and Thyon / Les Collons. During the week you can buy an additional day pass to connect to Mont Fort and Verbier (CHF.10.- per child / CHF.20.- per adult).

  4. Your ticket to the ski lifts Family rate: get a discount on packages for the family member (Minimum 3 paying persons including 1 adult).

  5. When booking, please best indicate the ski level of your child. To ensure that your child follows the right lesson at the right level, on the first day our instructors will test their snow skills and if necessary will move them up to a higher level.

  6. The beginner lesson / green class is designed for children who have never skied before. If your child has already slid around on skis before, on snow or on artificial, please choose the blue level or an even higher level.

  8. Friday – It’s excursion day!
Accompanied by their instructor, your child will get chance to explore different parts of the 4 Valleys and at the same time continue to improve their skiing skills (according to their level, they will go to either Siviez, Veysonnaz, Thyon or Verbier).

A lunch ticket + lunch supervision for Friday will be offered starting from Wednesday morning at the meeting points. (CHF.20.- per child).

  9. Dress your child with appropriate warm clothing: mittens and dry ski boots to start off the day, UV protection good quality sunglasses or goggles (depending on wet, snowy or sunny conditions), and suitable suncream protection with factor 30 or above.

  10. Equipment: a helmet is strongly recommended. Skis and shoes must be the right size and ski bindings need to be adjusted correctly and checked by one of our experts.

FAQs
  1. Is it obligatory to book group/private lessons in advance?
It is always better to book in advance, especially for the busier weeks:
December, the beginning of January, February and the main holiday periods (Carnival and Easter)
More and more bookings are made online and so if you don’t book in advance, there is a risk that the lessons you wanted may no longer be available once you arrive in Nendaz.

  2. Where is the first meeting point with Neige Aventure?
Once you have booked and received your lesson voucher, your first meeting point will be at the main office.
Our team will be there to welcome you in English, French, Dutch or German.
They will update you on any last minute news such as weather, special events during the week, confirmation of meeting points etc.

  3. Where are the meeting points?
    Nendaz:
Morning lessons for the Ski Kids Club start at 09:00 by our Meeting Point 1 which is next to the steps at the bottom of the Tracouet cable car lift. The meeting point is easy to recognise as there's a big red Neige Aventure banner and there are all the diffferent coloured group lesson flag.

At 12:00 lessons finish at the top of the mountain next to the Tracouet cable car lift and by the Neige Aventure Meeting Point 2 sign.

Afternoon lessons for the Ski Kids Club start at 13:45 on the ‘Lac’ (lake) at the top of Tracouet, next to our red Chuckbuddy tent and by the Neige Aventure flags.

At 16:00 lessons finish at the top of the mountain next to the Tracouet cable car lift and by the Neige Aventure Meeting Point 2 sign.

  4. How many children are there per Kids Club instructor?
We accept 8 children per instructor.
Please note: If there are less than 3 people enrolled onto a ski group lesson, the course time will be halved. In low season periods (with low attendance), two levels or age groups may be combined within the same course.

  5. Which class is right for my child?
Please click on the Find Your Level tab

  6. Our 5-year old can snowplough quite confidently down the hill - which group would be most suitable for him/her: the Mini Kids Club (3 to 5 year olds) or the Kids Club (5.5 to 12 year olds)?
We offer a Mini Kids Club for 3 to 5 year olds in which the focus is on teaching children the basics of skiing.
If your child is at a suitable level (able to snowplough and stop), then it’s best to choose the Kids Club group lessons for 5.5 to 12 year olds.
If this doesn’t work out, we can always move your child to a Mini Kids group either for the whole day or just half a day. We can always find a solution for you and your children.
However, please note that Neige Aventure does not refund Kids Club lessons unless your child is ill or has had an accident.

  7. Will there be time to pick up my skis and lesson tickets in the morning before my lesson starts?
We recommend that you avoid doing this. However it is possible if there is no queue (but this is very rare).
We suggest that you organise everything in advance to ensure the morning runs calmly and smoothly for you.

  8. Will there be enough time for me to drop my child off at Kids Club and then get up to Tracouet for my morning lesson in time?
Yes - this won't be a problem as you can drop off your child at 08:45 with their instructor and then take the cable car lift up immediately (it takes approximately 10 minutes) and even have time for a quick coffee up in the restaurant before your lesson!
