Our website now allows you to book services offered by Neige Aventure, to order merchandise and to make secure payments.
All you need to do is to complete your details on line and your order will be automatically sent to us at Neige Aventure.When signing up for services you agree to the folowing general terms and conditions.
1) Prices advertised
The prices advertised in CHF (Swiss Francs) or in Euros are net, VAT included.
Lessons are not subject to VAT.
All orders are payable in CHF or Euros only.
For all orders outside Switzerland, any local taxes or customs duty incurred is payable by the recipient.
Prices advertised may change without prior warning. N.B. The price of an order placed will be charged in accordance with the tariffs at the time the order is registerred.
The price of rental is determinned by the range of equipment chosen by the client and is dependent on the period chosen as well as the date of the booking.
2) Booking and Payment
Online bookings must be carried out in the following way:
For bank transfers or Reka cheques: During school holidays, such payments must be made a minimum of ten days before the start of the selected activity and a minimum of seven days outside school holiday periods.
For credit card payments, payments must be made at least three days before the selected rental period commences.
You are required to complete an on line enrollment form that includes the date and method of payment. Once on line payment has been completed we will deal immediately with your order. We can stop your order and payment if the selected activity/service or product is not available or if your booking is not in accordance with our terms and conditions. We will send a final booking confirmation to you via e-mail.
We would be grateful if you could make 100% payment for your order using our secure on line procedure. We accept the following:
Postcard, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa and American Express
You may also pay via bank transfer or with Reka Traveller's cheques. We will send you a bill via e-mail with our bank details attatched. We will then send you final confirmation of your booking or otherwise send your order once payment has been received.

3) Payment made secure by Saferpay
Saferpay is a comprehensive internet payment platform. Current and future requirements can be accounted for with modularity through it’s use.. Only the latest security technology is used. The calculation centre works 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure optimal performance. When making a payment you enter your details in the Saferpay window rather than on the Neige Aventure website itself. Given that our internet commerce window and the Saferpay system are on different and seperate servers, it is impossible for our commercial window to register your card details.

4) Protection of personal details
Your details will not be collected without your prior knowledge.
Your details will not be given out to third parties.
Your details will only be used for purposes already known to you.
5) Waiting period and Delivery conditions
Allocation of lessons:
On receipt of payment we will send you an e-mail confirmation which you should print out and bring with you to the main Neige Aventure office (see website for address) when you arrive in Nendaz or at least one day before your lessons commence. At this point we can gather any important remaining details and furthermore finalise meeting places and times of your classes.
Allocation of rental equipment:
On receipt of payment we will send you an e-mail confirmation which you should print out and bring with you to our Tech Shop (see website for address) so you can collect your equipment.
Allocation at the Shop:
If you have chosen to pick up your equipment at the shop you will find a Neige Aventure package in your name ready for your collection on arrival. On receipt of payment we will send you an e-mail confirmation which you should print out and bring with you to the Neige Aventure Shop
If you have requested for articles to be sent to you, we will send you e-mail confirmation and your bill with postal charges included.We will not take payment until the postage has been payed and the articles have been sent. We will inform you of availability and delivery details via e-mail.
Merchandise will be sent to you witin 3-7 days of the order being placed depending on availability.
We offer delivery throughout Europe. The delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery destination rather than the weight or bulkiness of merchandise ordered.
6) Transport/Responibility
Merchandise travels at the customer’s risk and cost. It is therefore up to you to check the contents of your parcel at the time of it’s delivery.
7) Returns Policy
Conditions:
You have the right to return merchandise to the above address within 7 days of receipt of it. You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange as long as everything is in perfect condition. It must be returned in it’s original packaging and the original copy of the invoice must be included.
Charges for returns:
We will only agree to pay return costs if the product deliverred does not coincide with the order placed.
8) Methods and condditions of refund
1) In the event that a delivery does not coincide with the order placed or, for other commercial reasons, we may decide to issue a total or partial refund of your order. Consequently your account will be re-credited and Neige Aventure’s re-debited. Should this arise you will be personally informed.
2) Allocation of lessons and rental equipment is booked on fixed dates which are non-changeable. Consequently any cancellations received by Neige Aventure less than 15 days before the start of a booking will not be accepted.
3) If the client is absent at the start of his course of lessons the cost of missed classes will not be refunded and the lesson will not be recuperrated.
4) Neige Aventure reserves the right to cancel or stop a lesson in the case of unfavourable weather conditions or if the behaviour of an individual in the class is impeding the progress of the lesson. In the event of such a cancellation no compensation will be due.
5) For the Mini kids classes for 3-5 year olds, so as not to force them, we will fully refund unattended half-day classes.
9) Weather hazards
In the event of full closure of the ski area normally accessible, and only in that event, missed lessons and the cost of rental equipment will be deducted/refunded for the days in question.
10) Payment for services provided by Neige Aventure
Allocation of lessons:
1) On receipt of payment we will send you an e-mail confirmation which you should print out and bring with you to the main Neige Aventure office (see website for address) when you arrive in Nendaz or at least one day before your lessons commence. At this point we can gather any important remaining details and furthermore finalise meeting places and times of your classes.
2) Neige Aventure declines any responsibility for accidents incurred during classes or with rental equipment.
3) The sales voucher for lessons and equipment rental is valid as a receipt.
4) In the event of illness or injury, a refund will only be issued on the presentation of a valid medical certificate. Neige Aventure will only refund the part of the service that hasn’t been yet provided.
5) If less than 3 people enroll in a ski or snowboard group lesson the duration of the class will be reduced by half.
6) The cost of the lift pass is not included in the price of lessons or the price of rental equipment.
7) If you are going to be unable to make your first meeting with us prior to the start of your lessons at the Neige Aventure main office you must let us know as soon as possible. Products and services booked will be held for 24 hours. After this period they will be re-sold or made available for other clients to rent without any compensation being due to the client. Products must be brought back to the same place that they were picked up from.
Allocation of rental equipment:
1) Details of equipment available for rental can be found on our website. The client can order from a particular range of equipment but can not specify a model (this doesn't include VIP and Test skis).
2) In the event of late collection of equipment, the client must inform the rental shop as soon as possible. Equipment will be held for 24 hours. After the lapse of this period the material will be made available to others to rent without any indemnity being due to the client. The equipment must be returned to the place it was collected from.
3) The return of equipment should take place at the end of your last day of rental or otherwise the next day before 10am. Any returns after 10am will be considered as an extra day of rental.
4) The client is obliged to pay for any costs of repairs or replacement of rented material resulting from actions outside the domain of normal use.
5) Repairs will be carried out by the person rentingthe material and this will be at the cost of the client.
6) All equipment and accessories that are irreprably damaged must be payed for at the Neige Aventure Shop by the client responsible for the damage. The price of replacement material will be calculated based on the sale price including VAT minus 15% for each year old the goods in question are. The original date of purchase by Neige Aventure will also be taken in to consideration
7) The client will benefit from the following apart from in the case of fraud: Apart from if the client has taken out the guaruntee against breakage of ski/snowboard equipment, mentioned in the paragraph below, the client will not benefit from insurance cover for any damages incurred on material rented and furthermore personally agrees to take responibility to cover the damages that have arisen due to his negligence. The client is responsible in the case of theft of material. He must present the original statement of theft issued by the Police to the Neige Aventure Shop within 24 hours of it's occurence .
8) Guarantee “Ski/Snowboard breakage”: The client can choose to insure against such an eventuality. This can be done either at the time of booking or at the time the equipment is collected. This guarantee will follow the conditions of the category chosen by the client. If the client chooses not to take such insurance, any eventual costs of repair or replacement of damaged material, in the course of normal use, will be charged in full.
9) Neige Aventure declines responsibility in the event of any accidents that may happen during lessons or with rented material.

Supplementary Legal Notes
The present conditions of contract are dependant on Swiss law . In particular articles 183 and those that follow that concern codes and obligations that govern the rules of sale. Also articles 363 and those following that concern the codes and obligations involved in company contracts. Furthermore articles 394 and those that follow; these refer to codes and obligations concerning mandates.

Place of arbitration and Capacity of Law
Disputes may arise between contractual parties concerning misinterpretation, validity or excecution of contracts of sale. Such disputes will be settled exclusively by a judge.
If either of the parties disagree with the decision of the judge the issue will be arbitrated in accordance with the Intercantonal Concordat of arbitration of 27th March 1969.
The Place of arbitration in the event of such disputes between contractual parties will take place in Sion Valais/Suisse.
