If you book now and your stay is affected by COVID-19, you will not lose any money. Below is our refund policy.

 

Book with peace of mind. We refund you all our services if :

1. We have to cancel the activity because of Covid-19 related actions...

2. Government restrictions prevent us from organising the activity or you cannot reach the activity location.

3. You may not participate in the activity in case of Covid-19 infection or quarantine requirements.

 

Health and safety measures

In order to comply with safety regulations, all our activities are subject to the regulations put in place for the Covid-19. 

The Neige Aventure - OnTheMountain team has taken measures such as limiting the number of participants per group or activity and strengthening our teams and online information tools. 

We are constantly adapting our behaviour to the evolution of the pandemic. 

We will ask you to respect the enforced rules when you visit our reception offices and sports shops. 

Our rental shops in Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Siviez are spacious and allow our customers to respect the distance imposed by the enforced standards. 

Our employees are informed and must put themselves in self quarantine if they notice any symptoms and reach the limit values indicated by the FOPH (Federal Office of Public Health).

 

Is it possible to book now and cancel if the activity cannot take place because of COVID-19?

Yes, of course it's possible! If you book now and your stay is affected by COVID-19, you won't lose any money. You have two options:  

Postpone the activity or turn it into a Gift Voucher (with or without a starting date) 

Cancel the activity and get a full refund* * A full refund is possible if one of the following conditions apply: 

1. We have to cancel the activity due to Covid-19 related actions. 

2. Government restrictions prevent us from holding the activity or you are unable to reach the activity location. 

3. You may not participate in the activity in case of Covid-19 infection or quarantine requirements.* * You will be required to provide a medical certificate or other proof. The reservation must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start of the activity.

 

What security measures must I respect during my activity?

Mandatory health and safety measures may vary depending on the activity and the evolution of the epidemic.

 We have set up a circuit for the rental and removal of equipment to maintain distances.

 In all our shops and reception office we provide visitors with soap and disinfectant gel. 

Rental equipment is disinfected every time it is used. You can find all official information about Covid-19 in Valais here.

You can also get in touch with our reception team before your departure by sending us an e-mail or by calling us.

We thank you for showing respect for all the guidance for the general hygiene measures against COVID-19 ; such as washing your hands regularly and respecting the safety distances.

 

What happens if I can't travel and go to the booked activity because of COVID-19?

Some things are unpredictable. 

If new official restrictions come into force and you cannot come to Valais, we are here to help you. 

Thanks to our cancellation condition COVID-19, you are eligible for a full refund if the activity can no longer take place or if you are unable to reach the 4 Vallées because of these new measures. 

If this happens, please contact our team as soon as possible and we will respond within one day ; 7 days a week.

 

How can I check if my activity is still taking place?

If you have booked an activity that cannot take place, we will contact you.

If you don't hear from us, after receiving the booking confirmation, we will welcome you as we have done for more than 30 years in our schools and sports shops in Nendaz Veysonnaz or Siviez.

 

Is it possible to postpone my activity without choosing a date?

If you wish to postpone your activity, but have not yet chosen a new date, we can provide you with one of our famous Gift Vouchers. 

With this voucher, you can use it either to book a new activity for a future stay or to order or rent equipment in our shop. 

This voucher has no expiry date.
